Join us in our celebration of our Spring Equinox Retreat on Sunday March 22, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM held at The Fox Den Wellness right here in Exton. During our time together, you can expect the gift of community as you embark on this healing journey through our different offerings of Sound Healing, Contrast Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation as well as enjoying seasonal mocktails made on site! Contrast Therapy is the act of alternating time spent in both low and high temperatures to improve blood circulation, alternating between a facial ice plunge and a warm full body sauna.

Our upcoming Mindfulness for Self-Compassion Workshop is an invitation to soften towards yourself, especially when you’re feeling low on energy and patience. Rather than trying to “fix” anything, we’ll explore gentle mindfulness practices that help you meet your inner experience with kindness, understanding, and love, especially when optimism and energy feel scarce.

This workshop is for you if:
…you feel stressed, fatigued, or depleted
…you are self-critical and feel unable to show up as your authentic self in the world
…you want to find greater ease of being and emotional strength

We had an opportunity to sponsor Girls on the Run Coach training this weekend. What an honor to see the number of people dedicated to bringing confidence, kindness, positivity and more to the girls in our community.

These wonderful volunteers braved dropping temperatures, crazy wind, and snow squalls to show up early on a Saturday morning for this training. That is true dedication!

Beautiful organization, an incredibly warm and kind staff, and values to aligned with the work we do as a center. Check them out! ❤️

This crew…so supportive of each other, ready to laugh together, an amazing community of kind souls for whom I am deeply thankful. They are the lifeblood of The Healing Sanctuary.

We had a celebration last week to usher in the new year. We enjoyed each other’s company, did a White Elephant exchange with a playful twist, laughed a lot, ate great food (thank you — yummy as always!), and drank delicious mocktails. All so restorative to the soul.

We know others need this same easy connection, laughter, conversation, playfulness and lightheartedness in these heavy times. So, we created something to meet that need…

We invite you to join us on Wednesday, January 28th, 6:30-8:30 pm for our first Fourth Space event. Put your burdens down for an evening and let your inner kid come out to play! Snacks & mocktails provided by our favorite and playtime guided by our very own .
