So many of us carry stories of feeling misunderstood, dismissed, or told we were “too much” or “not enough.” Over time, those messages can make us hide parts of ourselves or question our worth.

But being truly seen—whether by a friend, a therapist, or even by yourself—can feel like a turning point. It’s the moment you realize: there was nothing wrong with me to begin with. I just needed space to be me.

Healing often begins with self-compassion and the courage to show up as your authentic self. 💙

If this resonates with you, know you don’t have to walk the path alone. Our team at Healing Hearts Wellness is here to support you as you reconnect with your values, your voice, and your sense of self.

If you’re ready to be seen, supported, and understood by someone who gets it, we’d love to walk alongside you. Book a consultation today

So many of us learn to “mask” without even realizing it. 🎭

We smile when we’re exhausted, push through when our bodies are begging for rest, or say “I’m fine” when the truth is anything but.

Masking helps us get by—but it can also leave us feeling disconnected from our real selves. 🫥

Unmasking doesn’t mean tearing everything down at once. It’s the slow, brave process of letting yourself be seen—messy, tired, quirky, sensitive, and all. It’s choosing compassion over performance. It’s giving yourself permission to show up as you are, not who you think you have to be.

Little by little, it becomes safer to put down the mask and let your true self breathe. And that’s where healing begins. 🌱

Yoga therapy isn’t about mastering poses—it’s about deepening the connection between your mind and body. 🧘🏽

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, it helps you find steadiness, ease stress, and feel more grounded in daily life.

What makes yoga therapy unique is that it can enhance the work you’re already doing in therapy. By weaving the body into the process, it gives you practical tools to regulate your nervous system and integrate insights more fully—so the healing doesn’t just stay in your head, but lives in your whole being.

If you’ve been curious about what yoga therapy might add to your journey, this is your sign to give it a try. Reach out—we’d love to share this practice with you. 🌿

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to miss what’s really going on beneath the surface.

A quick moment of self-awareness can help you slow down, notice your inner world, and meet yourself with compassion.

Your feelings hold valuable information—they can point to needs, boundaries, and next steps you might not have realized were there. The more we practice tuning in, the more we can respond with care instead of running on autopilot.

Take a breath, turn inward, and listen. 💛

Getting a late autism diagnosis can feel like everything… and nothing… has changed.

You’re still you—but now you have a clearer lens to understand your needs, your past, and the patterns that shaped your life.

This is a season for curiosity, self-compassion, and choice. You don’t have to “do it all” at once—just start with what feels right for you.

Seek out supportive, neurodiversity-affirming spaces. Adjust your environment so it works with your brain, not against it. Give yourself time to process what this means for your identity and your future.

As therapists, we hold space for the hardest parts of people’s lives—yet it’s easy to forget to hold space for ourselves.

Kosha Care for Clinicians is a 2-hour, yoga therapy–based gathering designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner wisdom. Guided by certified yoga therapist Erika Tenenbaum (C-IAYT), you’ll explore gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and reflective conversation—all through the lens of the koshas (the five layers of being) and the gunas (balance, activation, grounding).

You’ll leave with practical tools to shift your state when you feel stuck, depleted, or overwhelmed—plus the nourishment that comes from connecting with fellow therapists who understand the work you do.

No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are and give yourself this time.

Change—whether it’s big life transitions or small day-to-day shifts—can feel overwhelming when your brain works differently. 🧠

If you’ve ever wondered “Is this just me?” or noticed certain challenges around focus, planning, or emotional regulation, know that there’s space for curiosity without judgment.

At Healing Hearts Wellness, we believe in compassionate, evidence-based support for neurodivergent adults. That’s why we’re excited to share that starting this fall, we’ll be offering ADHD assessments for adults over 21—so you can get clarity, explore your next steps, and feel more equipped to move forward in a way that aligns with your life.

If you’ve been curious about your own patterns or experiences, now might be the time to reach out and start that conversation. 💡

You don’t need to wait for a new year or a big milestone to pause and check in with yourself. ✍️

These journal prompts are an invitation to reflect with compassion—not criticism. To notice where you’ve been moving through life on autopilot… and where you might want to slow down and shift.

No pressure to have the “right” answers. Just curiosity, care, and space to hear your own voice.

Save these for your next journaling moment—or come back to them as the seasons shift.
