Dr. Frank D’Urso & Dr. Antonietta D'Urso are thrilled to OFFICIALLY announce to our amazing patient families that we have added a Physician Assistant to our medical team! 🥰

Emily Buckwalter PA-C is a truly gifted clinician who is passionate about our practice's core values- trusting relationships with families and the highest quality medical care. She started with us as a student in January 2025, and we are SO proud to welcome her now as our new PA!!!

You may have already seen her in the office, as she is currently working to get to know our patients and families. Please say hello or ask to meet her next time you are in! 🙂

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE (because yes… patients have already asked ✔️):

- No, Emily is not here to replace the original Dr.
D'Urso.

- Yes, Dr. Frank D'Urso is still seeing patients in the office 5-6 days per week- he works morning hours. As always, patients can request appointments with a specific provider if your child is more comfortable with one or request one for a specific issue. We love that and encourage that.

- Emily has become part of our team so that we (the 3 of us) can spend all the time we want or need to taking excellent care of our patients! 🩺♥️

Avoid the SPORTS & BACK-TO-SCHOOL PHYSICAL rush!!!

Patients with IBC Personal Choice ➡️
You can schedule your back-to-school physical early because your insurance resets physical coverage by calendar year. (If your last physical was September 2023, you can get your physical now!)

Most other insurances require 365 days in between yearly physicals. Every August, we get completely booked, so get your physicals done early if possible!
