Family that workouts together… yeah, we also bitch at each other 😅💀
Murph practice HUMBLED us real quick:
1200m run 🏃‍♀️
60 pull-ups 💪
120 HR push-ups 🥵
180 squats 🔥
Started as a team… ended in survival mode 😂
But we showed up, put in the work, and got it DONE.

My clients had me cracking up today 😂
One hit me with, “I thought you were going to take it easy on me today…” Clearly she forgot who she signed up with.
Then while planning May, another said she needed to schedule a day off for her period… yeah, I might’ve called her out on that one 🤣
I love them for keeping me on my toes. Silly and strong! Just how I like it 💪
