Yes! I lift heavy weights… but I also make sure to train the smaller muscles too.
Those little stabilizer muscles are what improve balance, prevent injuries, and help the big lifts get even stronger. 💪

Jacintha’s legs earned their paycheck today 🔥
We worked a lot on balance standing on the BOSU going into lunges and single-leg RDLs. Stability, control, and focus! Then we said… why stop there? Let’s add weighted lunges to finish the job.
Safe to say… her legs felt every second of it by the end 😅
Strong legs, strong balance, strong body. Way to push through today, Jacintha! 💪

Yes… I’m still over here working on pull-ups.
Let me tell you… I feel like an absolute brick trying to get over that bar with these mother fu***rs. 😂
Some days they feel strong.
Some days gravity wins.
But the only way to get better at pull-ups… is to keep doing pull-ups. So here I am! Still showing up, still working, still trying to get one more rep.
Progress isn’t always pretty, but it’s happening. 💪

• Basic RDLs – the OG. Simple. Effective. No excuses.
• Elevated heel RDLs – suddenly your hamstrings are screaming and balance is optional.
• Elevated toe RDLs – looks innocent… humbles you real fast.
• Static single-leg RDLs – for when you want to question your life choices and your balance.
• Static RDL with rotation – core joins the party whether it wants to or not.
• Sumo RDLs – wider stance, inner thighs lit up, glutes clocking in for overtime.
Same hinge. Different vibes. Maximum burn.
Moral of the story: RDLs are never boring… you’re just not doing enough variations. 😏🔥
