I woke up and took some measurements. Drank some water & hot tea throughout the morning. I got in a workout-Mondays I do upper body weights. First meal was at 12:30 pm. Typically I eat my first meal around 11 am, but this morning was super busy. The kids are at home under quarantine and I had to set them up with their schooling. [ 245 more words ]

It's a tad stressful these days. It's easy to go through a worry spiral. A lot of what's happening is out of your control, but you can take a few minutes to find a little calm, a little peace so you can take care of the people who need you.
