For those that aren't aware this is going to be a very large funeral with Law Enforcement from all over coming to pay their respects along with other Emergency Responders. Manor Ave is expected to be closed between Pennsylvania and Lloyd starting at 6am on Wednesday. So if you normally drive in this area at all during the morning give yourself plenty of time as traffic will likely be very heavy.
Downingtown West High School, Downingtown Middle School, STEM and St. Joes are all closed on Wednesday.
As stated the viewing is open to the public but the funeral itself is private and not open to the public so please respect the wishes of the Family and PSP and don't try to show up that morning.

ROUTE 82 ROAD CLOSURE, WEST BRANDYWINE TOWNSHIP, MARCH 18TH.
The Township Police Department will be shutting down Rt 82, between Hibernia Road and Culbertson Run Road, on Wednesday March 18th, starting at 1PM, to honor and provide safety/security for fallen PSP Cpl Timothy O'Connor grave side services, at the All Souls Cemetary, located on Rt 82. During this time frame, only the funeral possession and those residents that live along Rt 82 from Hibernia and Culbertson may enter/exit the area. If traveling south on Rt 82, the detour will be Hibernia Road to Lafayette Road back on Rt 82.
If traveling northbound on Rt 82, the detour will be Lafayette Road to Hibernia Road to Rt 82.
The road will be shut for several hours and will reopen upon the conclusion of grave side services. Traffic is expected to be heavy in the area during this time, and motorists are encouraged to find alternative routes to avoid the area.
Thank you for your understanding and continue to keep Cpl O'Connor's family, friends' colleagues and PSP in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
