Who feels called out? 👀

You're not annoying. You're just human. And the people who think you're annoying are running away from their own feelings. It's not you at all, and you just need some people in your life who can go there with you.

“I don’t have trauma.”
Also me: *has a meltdown because the waiter got impatient with how long it took me to place my order*

Trauma doesn’t always look like what people think it does, but if you’re starting to notice the patterns, we’ve got programs built to help.

Ever wish someone would've given you a freaking guide that tells you what to do on the hard days? (Especially when MOST days are hard days??)

Whether you're catching yourself crying in the grocery store aisle one too many times, or running on fumes from burnout, ***it feels like things are never going to change***

But what I've learned from my own mental health journey, is that our emotions are convincing. But they don't have to have the final say.

Want to take your power back? Download our free Reset Formula to help you get through it all, even on the days where showering feels too hard. Link in bio

It happens 🤷‍♀️

And sometimes therapy once a week just isn't enough. But what's your other option? Check yourself into a hospital with a mental health crisis?

Actually you don't have to. It's not well-known yet, but you can go to therapy 4-5 days a week if needed. And you can get:

• daily structure to spark a sense of purpose again
• tools to help you navigate triggering situations, and
• a group of people whose stories you can listen to and think "oh, I thought I was the only one" when you don't have it in you to talk

That's exactly what you'll get from our Core Turning Point programs. Link in bio

Healing isn’t a straight line.
It’s detours, pauses, backtracks, and days where you feel like you’re starting over.
But every hard conversation, every coping skill you practice, every time you choose rest over burnout it’s all part of it.

You might not notice the change day to day.
But one day, you’ll realize you’re living in moments you used to only hope for.

Imagine if we treated mental health like physical health.
No one would say, “Have you tried… not being sad?”
Or, “Just walk it off, anxiety will go away on its own.”

We’d check in before things got critical.
We’d normalize taking time off to recover.
We’d see therapy as care, not a last resort.

Maybe it’s time we start.

You come in thinking, “I’ll just talk about my stress,” and leave saying, “Oh…THAT'S why I panic in grocery stores.”

It's trauma, which isn't reserved only for the devastating things we hear on the news. It can show up in our daily (or past) situations like:

• Your partner telling you one thing while all the signs say another and you not knowing who or what to trust anymore
• Not knowing how you're going to pay rent...again
• Constantly being talked over and ignored
• Having been yelled at by a parent in front of your friends regularly Acknowledging it feels annoying at first and like "Why am I doing this? This is a joke." But then you have those aha moments and your body goes "Wait THIS is what life can feel like without all that buzzing??"

The work isn't pretty. It's hard.
But it’s also freeing, grounding, and—dare I say?—life-changing.

You just need someone there with you to show you how to swim through the water of these experiences without getting pulled into an undertow. And that's exactly what you'll get in our Trauma-Focused Turning Point and Catalyst programs. Find a location (or virtual) program near you—link in bio

Life (and by life I mean people) has a way of making you feel like you have to have every detail decided by the time you're like 22, but it's a hoax.

I mean, how can anyone decide what career they're going to go after for the next 60+ years, who they're going to marry, what neighborhood you're going to live before they've lived long enough to decide what they like and don't like?

That's so not breathable. And that's so boring, too.

The good news is that if your life feels like it's falling apart at any point (friendships are starting to feel like a chore, you're questioning if you're cut out to work a normal 9-5, etc.), it's a perfect time to start over.

And you're never behind! In fact, you might be better off if you take time out of the equation so you can think about what really matters for once.

But transitions are big, and scary, and they can go wrong if you don't have the right support around you to help keep your fears, doubts, and tendency to give up in check. You'll get that support and help finding your new direction when you work with us (link in bio).

A year ago, you didn’t think you’d make it here.

Six months ago, you were still carrying what felt unbearable.

But now? Now you’re standing in a place you couldn’t picture back then.

Sometimes the only way to see your progress is to stop and turn around.

So take a second to reflect. You’ve come further than you think.

Piecing these signs together changed everything for me—

Ever get up for a glass of water & end up in the middle of 3 other tasks you didn't even mean to start? (And forget the water?)

Or completely lose it over something tiny, like someone asking you to grab the mail, and wonder where that reaction even came from? (no shame—we've all been there)

Sometimes it can feel like your heart pounding, sweaty palms, and (if you take a second to relax your shoulders) tension you didn't even realize you were carrying.

This can all point to overwhelm. If you relate, we've got a blog post for you—what it is, why it happens, and how to get rid of it. Link in bio 👆

Still replaying that awkward interaction you had at the grocery story week ago?

Or do you tend to take the blame for EVERY little thing that goes wrong without ever holding anyone else accountable? ("No worries either way" when you're worrying either way? 🙃)

These things are like pennies we pick up and stash in our pocket without even realizing that we're doing it. And they weigh us down overtime—slowly, & subtly.

And then out of nowhere we're like "What the heck's rattling around in my pocket and why it's so uncomfortable?"

We're sending out weekly email's that'll show you how to take the change out of your pocket so you can finally learn what it feels like to be you when you're not beating yourself up.
