Our Product team spent this week at the Becker’s Behavioral Health Conference, including Lauren Rudolph, Kate Racine, and Kourtney Nielsen, alongside others pushing the field forward.

What stood out was this particular message: Better care doesn’t come from adding more. It comes from building something stronger underneath it.

-Support your clinicians
-Use technology the right way
-Make outcomes real

That’s how we think about care at Sanare. If that’s the kind of system you’ve been looking for, we invite you to explore our open roles!

There’s a reason more people are turning to AI for mental health support. It’s fast. It’s available. It responds. But therapy is not just about getting a response.

So what happens if we start treating it like it is?

There’s a lot of conversation happening around this right now. Here’s how we’re thinking about it.

Can AI replace therapy? AI can respond and validate, but it’s not enough for real change. Learn where AI falls short in mental health care.

Earlier this week, we published an article discussing the gap in mental health care across North Carolina. This is how we’re working to close it. In this video, Sophia Fokas shares what’s ahead in Wilmington.

At Sanare Wilmington (NC), we’re currently offering individual and group outpatient. At the same time, we’re preparing to bring Trauma-Focused IOP and DBT-Focused IOP to the area, programs we’ve refined over time across DE, NC, and PA.

She also introduces a focused effort to better support the military community across North Carolina.

If you’re in the Wilmington area, or supporting someone who is, and unsure if the current level of care is enough, call us at 984-230-2323 or visit sanaretoday.com to learn more.

North Carolina has an access problem, and in many cases, an awareness problem too. There are as many as 5,000 people for every one mental health provider. It’s a shortage that has persisted for years and continues to worsen as populations grow, especially in rural areas.

Even when support exists, people don’t always know what it is, when they need it, or how to step into it. That’s the gap Sanare is stepping into in Wilmington.

So, we wrote this to clarify what IOP is and when it makes sense. If this article could help someone, please share it!

Last Friday, we opened the doors to Sanare Doylestown and spent time with professionals across Bucks County. Thank you to everyone who came out, walked the space, and had real conversations with us.

Since then, one thing has been clear: there’s a need for mental health support at this level — not just in Doylestown, but across the region.

We’re now taking consultations for our Trauma-Focused IOP. While many programs acknowledge the impact of trauma, this one is built around it. Led by trauma-trained therapist Alexandra Knaub, the work is structured to help individuals build new patterns without requiring them to relive the past.

If this sounds like something you or someone you care about might need, learn more at www.sanaretoday.com or call us at 610-344-9600.

At Sanare Drexel Hill, therapist Lizzie Birmingham addresses something a lot of people assume about trauma therapy. People expect it to be heavy, serious, and overwhelming all the time. And while some of that is real, that’s not the full experience. There’s laughter. There’s creativity. There are moments where people let their guard down and genuinely connect. That’s when it actually starts to actually feel different. To learn more trauma therapy at Sanare, see the link in our bio.

What happens when someone decides, “I think I need help”? Too often, that moment is followed by a delay before they’re able to speak with someone.

This week, Sanare President Rachael Bevilacqua shares an update: online scheduling and same-day consults are now available.

People are talking about mental health more than ever. But talking about it and actually doing the work are two very different things. When someone is ready to take that step—and an IOP is what they need—the last thing we should do is make it harder.

Sanare’s expansion into Bucks County, PA is about reducing friction, removing barriers, and making sure more people get the help they need. If you’re a mental health professional, we hope you’ll keep our new Doylestown and Yardley locations in mind. We’d also love to see you at our Doylestown Open House next Friday, March 27, from 11am–1pm. Consider joining us!
