The simpsons are once again telling you a vision. Of reality.

Most of you are dependent on sugar. Maybe you know, maybe you don’t. When’s the last time you went 24 hours without sugar.

It’s everywhere.

Once you incorporate real, Whole Foods and eat like we were suppose to eat. You would realize what sugar is doing.

Majority of you would watch this episode and laugh. And not get the actual message. Because this is reality for the majority of you.

Then the system has you. Why are diseases and illnesses at an all time high??

If you’re an athlete you should not be crushing sugar everyday. And it’s hard to break, it really is.

But there for sure is a way out of the sugar industry.

Protect your dopamine!

They want it hijacked. They don’t want you to be motivated, confident, or have drive.

And it’s hard when you are stuck in this loop. Because majority of players don’t even know what’s wrong. Or where it’s coming from. Or how to fix it.

It’s a tomorrow issue. And the loop continues and continues.

If you put systems in line you can unf**k yourself and become dominant in life.

Which will make you ultra aware 🤯

Get yo ass outside.

Nature is a beauty of a thing. You need to use this free s**t given to us to heal yourself.

Even if the suns not out, getting natural light is very important for your body. If it’s cold I get it but there’s other ways to ground.

One of my favorite recovery tools for athletes. Of course this isn’t just gonna fix all your issues if you constantly dump s**t into your body. Or do it once every week

Once you get your inputs right. The earth + grounding unlocks a whole nother beast.

Don’t trust me? try it for 20 minutes in the morning. And just BE AWARE of how you felt throughout the day.

Some of you probably can’t even sit in peace with yourself for 20 mins but that’s a whole other issues for later.

Take care of yourself now…or pay the industry hundreds of thousands of dollars later and have ZERO control of your life.

Hockey didn’t almost end my career.
My lifestyle did.

I played the game.
2 state championships
EHLP trenches to an NCAA commitment.

I coached it.
Help start junior programs.
Built a prep team
Scouted at Tier 1/2 juniors.

I lived the system from the inside.

And I was exhausted.

Brain fog.
Inflamed.
Crushing McDonald’s and Taco Bell like it didn’t matter because I’m young.
Living on 500mg of caffiene.
I was fu***ng exhausted and pretending it was normal.

Until my body shut down.

2 month span not feeling right at all.
Then the last 3 days I could barely get out of bed. On day 3 I could barely walk down steps to get to my car so I could drive myself to urgent care before they sent my ass to the ER. that’s a whole other story.

Kidney failure.
Five days in a hospital bed fighting to get out.

No scout.
No coach.
No logo on your chest saves you when your body/organs fail.

That was the wake-up call.

Here’s the truth no one tells young players:

You can’t out-live garbage fuel.
You can’t out-live inflammation.
You can’t build an elite career on a broken body.

We’re living in a time where:
Obesity is normal.
Cancer is exploding.
Mental health is collapsing.
Energy is fake.

And athletes are being fed the same system.

CleanFuel exists because I refuse to watch another player chase a scholarship while destroying his body in the process.

If your health is gone at 40…
If you’re burnt out at 25…
If you’re inflamed, anxious, and dependent on garbage food…

What was the point?

This isn’t about eating “healthy.”

This is about control.

About taking control of the internal world.

Control of your energy.
Control of your focus.
Control of your recovery.

Journey of water fasting for 8+ days: It was never planned. Originally all I wanted was 5 days!

Experiences aren’t always predictable and you have to figure it out as you go. I’ve never done even a 5 day plus fast, I’m just figuring it out as I go.

My addiction to food: I eat healthy and clean. Did I always have the intention of making sure I understand how it’s helping me as I’m eating that food? No im on the phone or doing something. When I refeed im truly going to be grateful for how the food is helping me at a deeper level.

Mindset: My mind has completely changed around the way I’ve gone about thinking about food and how important it is to drink water with intention.

It’s really important to find what works for you, as everyone is different! That’s the beauty of it all!
