The most meaningful part of my work is expirencing people regain comfort, mobility, & happiness.

After 40 years of accumulated trauma from automobile accidents, sports injuries, & surgical procedures, this client had learned to live with significant physical limitations and chronic pain.

Using myofascial release therapy & by working with the fascia - the largest connective tissue that supports & surrounds the whole body - we were able to mobilize long-standing restrictions that had developed over decades.

The changes they experienced over our sessions together were truly life changing, restoring movement, comfort, and a sense of possibility they had not felt in years.

I am so grateful to be able contribute to & witness transformations like this! 😊
