Learning Lesson from MIT- "AI: Implications for Business Strategy” (Module 2)

One of my professors put it this way: "Most leaders are starting with the AI platform that their company has and then they see what problem/challenge it can solve", but he emphasized that leaders should “start with a business problem or customer need that can be met with machine learning.” and then go out into the market to see which AI platform is best to solve that problem.

Another professor stated that "machine learning will change every industry, and all leaders need to work everyday to an understanding of both its potential and its limits".

So, the lesson learned: EFFECTIVE AI ADOPTION STARTS WITH CLARITY OF THE PROBLEM, NOT FASCINATION WITH THE TECHNOLOGY".

I am proud to say I have successfully completed the Wharton School Executive Leadership Program.

This immersive 7-month program provided a multi-module development experience aimed at enhancing strategic business capabilities.

Throughout the program, each session concentrated on enhancing strategic business leadership skills, covering key areas such as Enterprise Leadership, Vision & Strategy, Driving Performance, and Influence & Persuasion.
