It is with a heavy heart that I make this post.

Unfortunately, I am no longer able to massage out of the office space at 123 Lafayette in Eyota. I appreciate everyone who has supported me thus far and will continue to post updates about my massage business as life moves forward.

Even more good news! I will be opening up even more hours as my time as a massage therapist in Winona comes to a close. Starting Monday, May 2nd, I will be available 4-5 days per week. For the month of May, my evening hours will be limited to Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays of which I will be available until 8pm.

Good news everyone!
I have ordered corrected and updated business cards and they should be here soon!

The update is that there is a line on the back of the cards that says "Referred by:__________" which will allow me to better track and utilize the referral program that I have!

What does Primordial Vitality mean?

Primordial- (especially of a state or quality) basic and fundamental.
Vitality- the state of being strong and active; energy.

I named my business this because my goal is to help people achieve their innate, fundamental strength and energy through massage therapy and exercise.

I have interesting news. On one hand, I made a typo in my business cards. The address for my office is 123 Lafayette avenue SW, Eyota MN. Not 127 Lafayette. Whoops... I'll be ordering more soon.

In other news, I am shifting hours on Fridays to better serve the community! My earliest appointment time is now 11:00 AM and the office will close at 8:00 pm. This change is to serve those who work during the day a little better after their workday!

Exciting news! Next Friday, March 18th, is the start of my expanded office hours at Eyota Chiropractic! I will be here from 9am-6pm (with a lunch break) every Friday from then forward. If Wednesdays weren't your thing, now is the time to schedule for Fridays!

Did you know that Chiropractic care can be improved with massage?

Massage allows for the muscles to relax prior to chiropractic treatment, resulting in an improved adjustment than with chiropractic care alone.

If the massage is performed after an adjustment can improve how well the adjustment is maintained. This happens by "resetting" where the muscles think the skeletal system, particularly the spinal column, should rest.
