The Chelsea Fairlawn went to the Van Saun zoo with a train ride. Afterwards we had a yummy picnic. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Our Cottage residents thoroughly enjoyed the experience last week, and we were delighted to welcome Maria M to her new home with open arms! Maria quickly formed meaningful connections with Carol and Barbara on her very first day, laying the foundation for lasting friendships.

Our country cottage residents participate in selecting the Friday bus ride destination, and this week's choice was Garrett Mountain 🏔️. Each resident thoroughly enjoyed sharing their personal anecdotes, including Carol's heartwarming story of being proposed to by the love of her life. Others recalled visiting Garrett Mountain numerous times for family picnics and expressed their desire to have a picnic there in the future.

Today we marked Nancy's birthday with a fun trivia game and her favorite treats, chocolate cake and coffee, while also extending warm wishes to Thomas, our care staff member, on his 21st birthday! 🎁
