The state of measles in the US. As of Friday, there were 588 confirmed cases in 2026. Today there was a reported case in Disneyland. The largest number of cases are in South Carolina and Utah. Please take note of where cases are prior to travel. If you have concerns please discuss with us. The MMR vaccine can be given as early as 6 months of age. The second dose may also be given early if traveling to a high risk place.
