Today we released a new poll showing that U.S. voters overall, and especially Black voters, strongly support the FDA’s rule prohibiting menthol ci******es. Refuting to***co industry claims, the poll shows that implementing the rule would not harm President Biden’s electoral prospects.

The Biden Administration should listen to the voters and issue the final rule without further delay. This one step can protect kids from to***co addiction, advance health equity, help achieve the goals of the President’s , and save hundreds of thousands of lives.
