Christen is our Director of Programming here at Town Square Bergen County, bringing creativity, leadership, and heartfelt connection to everything she does. With a background in television production and over a decade of experience leading large-scale projects, Christen has a true talent for designing engaging programs that support seniors’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.

She’s also a certified senior fitness instructor and home health aide Visiting Angels in Fort Lee, NJ — combining hands-on care with her passion for helping older adults thrive.

At Town Square, Christen leads purposeful programming that blends fitness, arts, memory-focused activities, and more — all designed to uplift and engage our members every day. 💙
