I was able to attend a shoulder injury course with .mason.lmt this weekend at the Lauterstein-Conway School in Austin 🧡
It felt great to get hands-on again and refresh my work with shoulder mobility, rotator cuff function, and active/passive movement.

It was a solid refresher on techniques I already use, plus a few new ideas I can bring straight back to my clients 💪🏼🤓 The instructor was excellent, and I left feeling inspired and grateful for the chance to keep learning.

Continuing education is important to me, it keeps my work sharp and helps my clients get the best results ✨👐🏼

I recently discovered Midnight Chocolatier on Broadway, and I just have to share it with you all! Charity, the talented chocolatier behind this lovely shop, is actually one of my clients, and I’m so happy to support her small business. She creates the most beautiful, handcrafted chocolates that are truly edible art. The shop is in a fantastic spot near the Witte Museum, so next time you’re in the area, definitely stop by and treat yourself. Shoutout to this guy 👉 Cody at Momentum Physical Therapy here in Boerne! After months of shoulder pain, I finally found the answers and solutions I needed. As a massage therapist, my shoulders are my livelihood, and Cody’s expertise, patience, and dedication to education made all the difference. He not only answered every one of my many questions, but also taught me how to maintain my mobility and keep my shoulders healthy for the long run. 🎉 Fair Oaks Massage is turning 5! 🎉
Five years ago, right in the middle of COVID, I opened my doors and took a huge leap of faith. It’s hard to believe it’s already been five years in business and five years in my little office space. I’m so grateful for every client who’s supported me along the way. 💛

To celebrate, my sister gave my logo a fresh new look! I’m so thankful to have creative family willing to jump in and help. I love how it turned out and I’m excited to share it with y’all! ✨

Summer is here and things have been busy. My books are currently full, and I’m not taking on new clients right now. But don’t forget—Amanda, my massage college and friend, is just across the lobby from me. She’s accepting new clients and is also honoring Fair Oaks Massage gift certificates!
