Whether you’re monochronic (ruled by time) or polychronic (driven by tasks), the greatest soul care gift you can give yourself is learning to let go of what you think you "should" be doing and simply be.

💡 For those who are monochronic—constantly aware of time, deadlines, and schedules—one of the most healing things you can do is lose track of time. Step away from the ticking clock, forget about what needs to be done by when, and just enjoy the present moment. Tune into the experience of living rather than thinking about time passing.
