If you’ve ever questioned how much I love our youngest, here’s your answer. I love him enough to roast artichokes for him. No vegetable should take this long to prepare and I shouldn’t get “injured” (stabbed by pointy leaves) in the process. I love them too, but I’ll only bother with them once every couple of years. Which Sacramento restaurants have the best roasted artichokes? The #1 answer is but sadly we no longer have one in Sacramento.

Chocolate Protein Mousse with Fresh Raspberries - You would never know that the base of this recipe is cottage cheese. 1.5 cups of cottage cheese is blended until completely smooth & creamy, before adding 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder, 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder & 1/4 cup maple. It’s a protein packed dessert 🍨 Thank you, for the great recipe.
