We love what we do each and every day whether it's helping clients with private pay resources or needing assistance with Medi-Cal programs (and sometimes like this, both) but great when another 5 star review comes in.

Incredible Support During a Difficult Time

I cannot say enough about the amazing team at Senior Care Solutions--especially Christine and Caroline. Christine was an absolute lifesaver during one of the most stressful times in my life. I needed to urgently find a safe and supportive memory care facility for my mom, who has dementia, and Christine stepped in with incredible compassion, knowledge, and urgency. She helped guide me through the options and provided resources that truly gave me peace of mind.

Caroline has also been an extraordinary resource, especially with helping me navigate the Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) program, which can be incredibly overwhelming to understand on your own. Her guidance has been thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely caring.

Both Christine and Caroline are rock stars in every sense of the word. Their support has been nothing short of a blessing, and I would recommend Senior Care Solutions to any family facing difficult decisions about elder care. Their compassion and expertise make all the difference.
