I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted, I’ve just been thoroughly enjoying my time being present with my friends, family and clients. It’s that time of year again where we start to come back out of hibernation, so it’s as good as time as any to say Hello, Again!

Next week, April 2nd, marks my TWO year anniversary as Salt & Stone! It’s a time of reflection for me, looking back at where I started and where I am today, and how thankful I am for each and everyone one you along the way. Thanks a million for the support, the hugs, the laughs, the tears. This space I’ve created has held so many people in so many versions of themselves, and the journeys I’ve been able to witness have been so inspiring. 🙏

Today marks ONE WHOLE YEAR as Salt & Stone! I am grateful and humbled by the experience, and all that I’ve learned in the past year. All the beautiful souls I’ve encountered, the in’s and out’s of business ownership, and the endless loving support has been nothing short of amazing ❤️

S E A S O N S G R E E T I N G S !

It’s that time of year to be caught up in the sights and sounds of the incoming holidays. There were many things I intended this December season to hold, and many of those things fell by the wayside. And I’m genuinely loving the waves each day brings. I’ve had more free time with my family. I’ve made plans, I’ve cancelled plans, I’ve gone with the flow. I’ve said “don’t open that!” and “you have to wait until Christmas!” I don’t know how many times. I’ve eaten all the food, drank all the dranks, and gave myself grace and kindness for nourishing a happy, healthy, supporting body. Thursday is my last day of 2023 in the office! Looking forward to experiencing a calming winter solstice day to reflect on the past 9 months as Salt & Stone ❤️

Today is graduation day, and I’m excited to share that I’ve completed my level one Geo Love Practitioner certification! In addition to my Reiki learnings, I’ve been delving deeper into sacred geometries, meditation and breathing techniques, and their impact on energetic healings.
