I hope this finds everyone well after a busy and fun holiday weekend! Just a reminder that I’m taking the month of July to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and savor time with my daughters. This season is calling me into deeper alignment—with my higher self, with the life I’m creating, and with the joy that comes from simply being.

I’m so grateful for each of you who trusts me to be part of your healing journey. Your presence, your growth, and your energy inspire mine. Thank you for allowing me to do the work I love so deeply. 🙏

What will they be used for? Craniosacral therapy client education, of course! Curious about what type of change is being affected? This little guy/gal/whoever will help demonstrate the work I’m doing and the exact areas of release I’m pinpointing. It’s just a fun addition to help you see and understand the subtle ness of the technique.

I just had the absolute pleasure of spending a weekend in Anchorage, learning the next progression for Craniosacral Therapy! I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted, I’ve just been thoroughly enjoying my time being present with my friends, family and clients. It’s that time of year again where we start to come back out of hibernation, so it’s as good as time as any to say Hello, Again!

✨ F U N T H I N G S ✨

Next week, April 2nd, marks my TWO year anniversary as Salt & Stone! It’s a time of reflection for me, looking back at where I started and where I am today, and how thankful I am for each and everyone one you along the way. Thanks a million for the support, the hugs, the laughs, the tears. This space I’ve created has held so many people in so many versions of themselves, and the journeys I’ve been able to witness have been so inspiring. 🙏

Today marks ONE WHOLE YEAR as Salt & Stone! I am grateful and humbled by the experience, and all that I’ve learned in the past year. All the beautiful souls I’ve encountered, the in’s and out’s of business ownership, and the endless loving support has been nothing short of amazing ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has ever supported me in any way possible: a share, a like, a follow, a word of encouragement, an appointment booked, a referral, a review. It doesn’t take much to feel the love, and I appreciate every ounce of it. I wouldn’t be here without all of you!
