We’re hiring two Residential Care Coordinator I (Temporary) positions to support youth in a residential behavioral health setting.

In this role, you’ll help provide a safe, structured environment while supporting youth with daily living, social skills, and recovery. Responsibilities include supervising youth, leading activities, monitoring behavior and wellness, responding to crises, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with program standards. This role requires applicants to be flexible in covering morning, evening, and potentially night shifts as needed. This position also offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
