Tanana Chiefs Conference is seeking Behavioral Health Aide (BHA) Trainees in the following communities: Hughes, Koyukuk, Anaktuvuk Pass, Chalkyitsik, Tetlin, Ruby, Northway, and Rampart.

As a BHA Trainee, you’ll receive training and supervision to begin providing vital behavioral health services in your community. This includes supporting clients with screenings, referrals, case management, crisis response, and culturally relevant prevention activities. You’ll play a key role in strengthening wellness and resilience while working toward BHA certification.
