Our Relay for Life gathering was successful! We have decided that we will not have a meeting this month June 19 at the Cancer Center. Stay tuned for July. For the month of April only, the meeting date is changed to the third Tuesday at 7:15. We will be meeting at Heartstream Yoga studio, 3677 College Road. College mall corner of Univ and College Rd

April 15: Tuesday (before the 3rd Thursday) 7:15pm. Meditation and breathing techniques lead by Gabe Witte. This meeting will be at Heartstream Yoga in college mall.

May 15: Thursday Leslie Shallcross instructor for StrongPeople at the Cooperative Extension Fairbanks: the importance of weight training to keep your bones and body healthy. Meeting at Cancer Center 7:00

June 19: Thursday Summer Picnic: bring your favorite healthy snack. We will take the meeting outside the Cancer Center, weather permitting. 7:00 Summer is here!

No meeting at the Cancer Center on June 20th!
There are two community fund raisers this month and hope you can join Dragonflies there.

June 8th: Relay for Life at West Valley High School. Join our team by searching online Relay for Life Fairbanks Alaska. Select the Dragonflies team. The Survivor lap is at 11:00 am. Everyone is welcome, however all walkers must sign up online. It is a fund raiser, but there is no pressure to pay – it is free. We’d love to see you!

June 12: Walk and Wine to support BCDC. Meet on Riverside drive 5:30-8:00.
