IAA'S mission is to reduce the spread of HIV by providing
meaningful and effective education and prevention services to individuals and groups who may be at increased risk; and to improve the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS by providing early intervention, case management, and other support services. HIV Client Services
The goal of IAA Client Services is to provide hi

gh-quality services to people living with HIV so that they can not only survive, but also thrive in face of their infection. IAA Client Services personnel offer:
• Case management services and emotional support for individuals living with HIV;
• Financial assistance for low-income HIV+ individuals and their families to assist with housing, medical care, medication, mental health, nutrition, rehabilitation, and more;
• Advocacy and crisis intervention for people living with HIV; and
• Empower people living with HIV and AIDS to develop strategies to prevent further transmission of the virus. Interior Medication Assisted Treatment
The goal of IMAT is to provide medication assisted treatment with FDA approved medications, counseling, and education for individuals 18+ with an opioid use disorder. There is no waitlist for the IMAT program.

• Methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol are medications offered that can decrease cravings and feelings of withdrawal.
• Includes individual and group counseling and case management services.
• Pregnant women and individuals injecting drugs are given first priority.
• IMAT accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and offer a generous sliding fee scale. HIV Prevention Services
The goal of IAA's Prevention services is to provide access to testing, tools, and resources to keep individuals who engage in high risk behaviors safe from disease and infection based on a harm reduction model.

• Free, confidential HIV and Hepatitis C rapid testing (results available in 20 minutes!)
• Access to sterile syringes and other safer injection, smoking, and snorting supplies.
• Free sharps boxes and 24/7 disposal.
• Free Fentanyl testing strips and Narcan (the opioid overdose reversal drug).
• Free internal and external condoms (latex and non latex), lube, and dental dams.
• Free testing and educational groups are available for community members and agencies.

Interior Medication Assisted Treatment (IMAT)

IMAT includes substance abuse counseling, education and case management.
