✨ Welcome to the Chena Health Family, Dr. Whittier! ✨

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our OBGYN team — Dr. Mishaela Whittier! We’re so lucky to have her caring for our community.

Dr. Whittier grew up in Denver, CO and after moving around the country during training and military duty, fell in love with Alaska. She and her husband Taylor enjoy the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and lifting weights together. She loves reading, knitting, and hanging out with her three cats in her free time. Her goal is providing compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care for all patients. Dr. Whittier will be seeing patients for low and high risk pregnancies, pregnancy loss, infertility, family planning, abnormal bleeding, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, perimenopause and menopause, and many other obstetric and gynecologic needs. All care is LGBTQ+ inclusive. She is welcoming new patients!

Important information regarding the FHP Doolittle draw site!

📢 Heads up!
From July 7 to August 15, the Doolittle MDA and TVC lab draw sites will be temporarily closed.

No worries — you can still get your labs done at the Fairbanks Imaging & Breast Center (1650 Cowles Street) during this time!

Mon–Fri: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
