High protein muffins - yes, it’s possible!!!
4 ingredients! Kodiak protein ball mix, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of Fairlife chocolate protein shake and 3 tsp of baking powder.
Simply mix all ingredients, pour the mixture into a muffin tin, bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Done!
High protein, low sugar.

I’m also going to attempt them with almond flower muffin mix for gluten free option and see how it goes 🙂

Let’s start this week with healthy breakfast options that will fuel your day! ⛽️
This is one of my favorites!
You can customize with all kinds of veggies!
Protein and fiber is the way to go!!!

Breakfast burrito 🌯
Veggie wrap (only 60 calories/ 4 net carbs/ 8 grams of fiber! Regular tortillas are 140 calories!)
2 eggs, half a tomato, half small avocado, shredded cheese, salsa, salt and pepper!
Nutritious and delicious start to your day!
