High protein muffins - yes, it’s possible!!!
4 ingredients! Kodiak protein ball mix, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of Fairlife chocolate protein shake and 3 tsp of baking powder.
Simply mix all ingredients, pour the mixture into a muffin tin, bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Done!
High protein, low sugar.
I’m also going to attempt them with almond flower muffin mix for gluten free option and see how it goes 🙂
