It’s smoky Fairbanks!! Here are some ideas to support your health this week:

Don’t exercise outdoors! I know summer is short but it isn’t worth the increased exposure. Move inside as much as possible, especially during exercise.

Support your body’s antioxidant system with NAC or glutathione. Your liver is working overtime to process everything extra you are breathing in.

High quality multivitamin! A good source of antioxidants to further support your liver and lung health. We have options for every member of the family.

Run a HEPA filter in your house. If you don’t have AC and need to cool down your house open things up in the morning then close windows and run filters on high through the heat of the day. Showering and changing clothes when you get home for the evening can help reduce exposure once you’re home.
