I have to admit …I have never liked salads 🥗 very much. But I finally found one I love! I was trying to make a kind of Vietnamese inspired salad so I used lemongrass and ginger puree with a little honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and garlic olive oil for dressing. The salad has mung bean sprouts instead of noodles, mint, basil, cilantro, green onion, cucumber, peppers, peanuts, and peppers. Plus whatever protein and greens you like. Finally feel like a real naturopathic 👩⚕️ doctor 😂
