In celebration of National Cancer Survivorship month, LEWK is thrilled to offer the opportunity for 3 gynecologic cancer survivors to attend a Hope Cassity concert on the Matanuska Glacier! Hope Cassity is a gyn cancer survivor and incredibly talented musician based in Nashville. Fairbanks Cancer Care Physicians, PC (FCCP) is the medical oncology arm of the J. Michael Carroll Cancer Center. At FCCP, we offer compassionate, evidence-based oncology care to residents of Interior Alaska. Utilizing a team-based approach, patients are assigned a board-certified medical oncologist and advanced practice provider who are dedicated to their care. Our medical care team coordinates closely with radiation oncology, primary care, radiology, pathology, surgery, and, where appropriate, subspecialty care outside of Fairbanks. Whatever the diagnosis, one of FCCP’s goals is to create a plan of care whereby the patient has access to the very highest level of care available in the United States. Our in-office infusion suite offers patients the ability to receive treatment close to home.
