❄️🌿 Wednesday Wellness 🌿❄️
Fairbanks… are we in spring or still holding onto winter?! 😅
This past week has been the definition of Alaska spring — a little bit of everything! We’ve seen temps hovering in the 30s to low 40s, with off-and-on snow, rain, and cloudy skies keeping things interesting.
After one of the coldest winters in years, we’re finally starting to warm up—but not without a few surprise snow showers sticking around 🌨️
So what does that mean for your body? 👇
✨ Cold + changing weather = tight muscles & stiff joints
✨ Slippery conditions = higher chance of falls & injuries
✨ Barometric pressure changes = more headaches & tension
👉 This is your reminder to TAKE CARE OF YOU:
✔️ Stretch daily (even just 5 minutes!)
✔️ Stay hydrated (yes, even when it’s cold!)
✔️ Keep moving—don’t let the weather slow you down
✔️ Listen to your body if something feels “off”
And if that snow has you feeling stiff, sore, or out of alignment… we’re here to help you feel your best 💚
Let’s keep you moving through whatever Alaska throws at us next!
