Fairborn Mental Health is seeking one full time or two part time independently contracted therapist/social worker (no benefits) to complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments/intakes for new patients at outpatient mental health and substance use community mental health center. Hours are flexible and negotiable. Must be licensed to provide service in Ohio, LSW or LISW preferred. Must have good written skills, great customer service and a passion to work with people living with mental health and substance use challenges.
