Scope of Work / Cleaning Services

At Rea`s Cleaning Service we are equipped, and skilled to meet the project schedule. We provide high quality cleaning services in the following aspects:
CONSTRUCTION / FINAL CLEANING:

We undertake cleaning for residential units, and Commercial buildings under Construction. Cleaning is accomplished according to the required specifications from General Contractor.
COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS: YEARS OF EXPERIENCE CLEANING COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Pick up trash and garbage, and recycle papers.
Clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces to be free of dust, stains, films and distracting substances.
Dust off, and clean all cabinets, tables and counter tops
Clean all glass windows, entrance doors inside and out including all mirrors to a polished condition.
Thoroughly clean window sills and door thresholds.
Clean and sanitize all restrooms, toilets, urinals, sinks, lavatories, showers, walls, and mop all restrooms.
Vacuum all carpeted areas,
Spot clean walls, carpets, and other vertical & horizontal surfaces.
Clean light fixtures and light switches; polish all stainless fixtures, elevator door and walls.
Sweep stair wells, and wipe down handrails.
RESIDENTIAL CLEANING: 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. CLEANING AS REQUIRED BY CLIENT.

FLOOR MAINTENANCE:

Years experience in Marble, Concrete, VCT, Tile, Cork, and Wood floors. Warehouse Concrete Floor Cure and Seal with solvent based, Clear Sealer and Hardener.
