Thank you to everyone who came to old fashioned Saturday night and came to see Stephanie and Jolie! Unfortunately, we didn’t catch names of people, but we did have one person max out the Hand Dynamometer! Pretty impressive!! Thanks for coming by and seeing us!

Donna came to physical therapy with chronic low back pain that was preventing her from doing her daily activities and requiring her to use a cane. After working with our physical therapists, she is walking without a cane and is stronger than she has been in years. Donna set a goal when she first began therapy to complete one rep at level 10 on the leg press machine. Not only did she do one rep but she made five look easy. On her last day, she did level 11 which is 318 pounds! Great job Donna, we have enjoyed working with you!

Occupational Therapy Spotlight!
Joyce came to us struggling with carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger pain, which were making it difficult for her to sew and perform everyday tasks. She often experienced pain and numbness, with her fingers frequently "falling asleep."
After 20 sessions with our Occupational Therapist, Shelby, Joyce has made remarkable progress. She's now able to return to her daily sewing and other activities with significantly reduced pain and numbness.
Joyce’s biggest takeaway from therapy:
“If you are experiencing carpal tunnel or trigger finger symptoms, try therapy before surgery.”

Thank you for choosing the CHF rehab department for your therapy services Joyce!
