💧 Let’s Talk Hydration! 💧

Water is one of the simplest ways to boost your health! It helps your body work better by improving circulation, reducing strain on your heart, and even keeping your joints lubricated to decrease pain and stiffness.

If you’re feeling tired, dizzy, or getting headaches — you might be dehydrated. And here’s the kicker: if you’re already thirsty, you’re likely already dehydrated!

🚰 Quick Hydration Tips:
💦 Start your morning with a glass of water.
💦 Have water with every meal.
💦 Aim for 8 glasses a day (or about ⅓ of your body weight in ounces).
💦 Keep a water bottle handy and refill it often.
💦 Drink extra if you’re working out or sweating more than usual.

Check your urine color, too — it should be light yellow, not dark or brown.

Stay hydrated, feel better, and keep your body moving strong! 💪
