We have some exciting news to share! We will be moving to a bigger space over the next month! We are lucky to be just down the hall from our current space, but are looking forward to expanding group, individual, couples, and family services soon. 616 -> 601 March 2024!

Welcome to the team Andrea! She will be joining us in groups this fall and has a few sliding scale spaces open for individual therapy. She plays a mean game of Mario Kart, she collects rare shinies in Pokémon Go, and enjoys re-reading Harry Potter every Christmas break. Fun facts about Andrea: she’s an avid photographer, an all-around explorer, she coaches boys volleyball, and loves all things relating to astronomy.

Thanks to the amazing artwork from Metal Weave Games 2022 calendar, the D&D Group Therapy room has some new pretty decorations! They are also where we were able to adopt our baby owlbear Accordion who is great at providing support and sensory comfort (so soft!).

This week one of the homework assignments from group was to schedule time to do something you enjoy to look forward to as a way to deal with frustration and burnout. Here is the Spring 2023 Group Therapy Schedule for the 11-14 year olds. This semester will be Thursdays after school (4:30pm - 6:30pm) and Saturdays 10am - 12pm or 4pm - 6pm. No experience with D&D is required, just a willingness to explore a new world that you help create.

Spring Semester 2023 dates are out now for the older teens (15-18). Please remember groups are capped at 6 teens total. Younger teen dates will be announced later today. Tuesdays after school (4:30pm-6:30pm) and Saturdays 1pm-3pm. No experience with D&D required to participate. Groups will start on January 28, 2023.
