Jasmine is a licensed massage therapist with over 13 years of clinical experience, specializing in therapeutic massage for the treatment of muscle pain, tension, and musculoskeletal discomfort related to stress, sports activity, pregnancy, and repetitive occupational strain.

Jasmine is trained in Traditional Thai Massage in Thailand and integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques with Thai massage to support pain relief, muscle recovery, and overall physical function. Her clinical approach focuses on safe, effective, and individualized care to improve patient comfort and treatment outcomes.

After more than two decades as a global software executive leading high-growth technology organizations through transformational change, Jennifer transitioned to a healing profession aligned with her personal passion: supporting wellness through therapeutic massage.
A graduate of the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage (NVSTM) and certified in Reflexology, Jennifer brings the same focus, discipline, and deep care that fueled her executive success into therapeutic massage. Her approach is grounded in operational excellence and shaped by years of experience in listening deeply, building trust, and creating safe, client-centered experiences.
Jennifer specializes in restorative, prenatal and postnatal care, manual lymphatic drainage, and a growing interest in craniosacral therapy. With firsthand insight into the demands of high-stress, sedentary work, she also offers targeted support for tech professionals and desk workers - addressing chronic tension, posture-related pain, and burnout through restorative bodywork.

Before and after pics to show how much change can be made in 1 session. If soft tissue work is done properly and the proper muscle groups are worked on in a 60min massage drastic changes can be made.
