When your child won’t stop coughing, it can feel scary and frustrating to hear “there’s nothing to do.” But in many cases, that actually means your child’s body is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do đŸ’Ș

Coughing helps clear illness, and when exams are normal, medications often don’t make a big difference. Sometimes, simple comfort measures like honey (for kids 1+), v***r rub, and extra TLC go a long way.
