In a world where loss touches every part of life, it’s essential to honor grief as a full-body experience. This retreat offers a unique blend of yoga and somatic psychology, designed for those navigating personal loss or supporting others through theirs.

Through embodied movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, participants will gently explore how grief lives in the body — and how it can be expressed, processed, and integrated over time so that our suffering may be reduced in the face of future, inevitable losses.
