Today, as we mourn and remember the tragedy of 9/11, let's stand together in our commitment to peace, understanding and let's continue to stand together against hatred and extremism. Here at Fairfax Memorial, we had the privilege and honor of laying to rest four of the victims from the attack on the Pentagon. Counselor, Mike Gadell has taken it upon himself to ensure these victims are remembered on this day every year on the anniversary of 9/11.

Men and women process grief differently. Many women find comfort in sharing their feelings, while some men may prefer to stay busy and keep their emotions to themselves. Children, too, experience grief just as deeply as adults, but they often express their feelings through actions rather than words.

Our Story

Welcome to the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home page. As a new funeral home, we are honored to serve you under the same philosophy and management style that has separated Fairfax Memorial Park from other area cemeteries: service and commitment. Special care is given to accommodate the customs and traditions of the families we serve. In these times where there are fewer and fewer individuals and corporations willing to follow a commitment to accept their obligations and responsibilities, the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home will continue to take pride in our communities, and strive to carry through our obligation and dedication to our families as we have maintained through Fairfax Memorial Park Cemetery since 1957. Our commitment now extends to our funeral home, our community, staff, colleagues and associates to continue the true tradition of personal service.
