Our vision is to continue to meet the performance standards required by the Department of Human Services while striving to provide quality, affordable health care to all our patients through expanding our medical services and adding new programs.

We are a Not-For-Profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that not only offers behavioral health services but is able to provide Primary Health Care, Prenatal Care, and Dental Care. Our primary office is in Fairfax Oklahoma, with clinics in Hominy and Newkirk. Our services are provided only with the consent of the parents or legal guardians and are provided with the utmost concern for confidentiality.
