A milestone moment for pediatric care in our community! We were proud to mark the opening of our new Ashburn clinic recently with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house, joined by colleagues and community partners, who helped us celebrate this special occasion.

PSV, in partnership with Inova Children's, has relocated and expanded our Ashburn location to a new, larger space at the Ryan Park Office Center—bringing multiple pediatric specialties together under one roof to better serve families across Loudoun County.

This 19,000-square-foot multi-specialty clinic features state-of-the-art exam rooms, casting bays, and in-suite X-ray services, making it easier for families to access comprehensive, coordinated care close to home. We’re excited to welcome you to our new space!

Due to impending inclement weather, PSV will delay opening on Monday, February 23, 2026. All in-person clinic services will begin at 9:00 AM.

Telemedicine appointments and other virtual or phone-based services will continue as scheduled.

We encourage families to allow extra travel time and prioritize safety when coming to appointments. Please check back for any additional updates if weather conditions change.

Dr. Laurel Blakemore, PSV CEO and Orthopaedic Surgeon, represented PSV on the global stage as featured faculty at ASSICON 2026 in Pune, India — the 39th Annual Conference of the Association of Spine Surgeons of India.

She shared her expertise on pediatric scoliosis bracing and implant density with spine leaders from around the world. Even more inspiring: she was the only female faculty member at the conference, highlighting her leadership and impact in pediatric spine care!

We’re Moving—and Growing—in Ashburn!

Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV), in partnership with Inova Children's, is excited to announce the relocation and expansion of our Ashburn clinic to a new, larger space at the Ryan Park Office Center. Beginning next Tuesday, January 27, 2026, families will be welcomed to a modern clinic designed to bring multiple pediatric specialties together under one roof—making specialty care more accessible for our Loudoun County community.

The last day of patient care at our current Ashburn location is January 22, 2026, as our teams prepare for the move.

Our new location—just off the Ryan Road exit on the Dulles Greenway—features expanded clinical space, including exam rooms, casting bays, and in-suite X-ray services, all to better support children and families.
