A big thank you to Michael and the Astir Oath Neurodiagnostics team for donating more than 300 children’s books to PSV! These books will be placed in our waiting rooms, giving patients and families something comforting to read while they wait for their appointments. A good book can provide distraction, spark imagination, and bring a sense of normalcy during moments that can sometimes feel stressful for families.

We’re excited to welcome Mrinmayee Takle, MD, to PSV’s Pediatric Neurology team! Dr. Takle recently joined PSV and sees patients at our Fairfax location, caring for children with a wide range of neurologic conditions. She has a special interest in headache care and works with families to develop individualized, multimodal treatment plans that help children return to their daily activities and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Takle is also part of the joint PSV and Children’s National Hospital Headache Program, where specialists collaborate to provide comprehensive care for children and teens with complex headache disorders.

A milestone moment for pediatric care in our community! We were proud to mark the opening of our new Ashburn clinic recently with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house, joined by colleagues and community partners, who helped us celebrate this special occasion.

PSV, in partnership with Inova Children's, has relocated and expanded our Ashburn location to a new, larger space at the Ryan Park Office Center—bringing multiple pediatric specialties together under one roof to better serve families across Loudoun County.

This 19,000-square-foot multi-specialty clinic features state-of-the-art exam rooms, casting bays, and in-suite X-ray services, making it easier for families to access comprehensive, coordinated care close to home. We’re excited to welcome you to our new space!

Due to impending inclement weather, PSV will delay opening on Monday, February 23, 2026. All in-person clinic services will begin at 9:00 AM.

Telemedicine appointments and other virtual or phone-based services will continue as scheduled.

We encourage families to allow extra travel time and prioritize safety when coming to appointments. Please check back for any additional updates if weather conditions change.
