✨ Filling My Own Cup First ✨

This week I practiced what I encourage my clients to do: intentionally making space for joy, movement, connection, and rest. 💙

Here’s what that looked like for me:
🎭 Laughing at a comedy show (the best medicine sometimes)
💪 Moving my body at the gym
🍴 Enjoying a delicious dinner
🛋️ Giving myself permission to rest + recharge
📚 Celebrating community and inspiration at a book launch party

Every one of these moments reminded me of something I tell my clients often: wellness isn’t one big act, it’s the small, intentional choices we make every day.

Gentle reminder: you deserve the same. Fill your cup. Prioritize yourself. That’s where the healing begins. 🌸

✨Millennial Moms Don’t Have It All—We Just Do It All.
And we’re tired.

Between back-to-back meetings, drop-offs, grocery runs, emotional check-ins, and late-night to-do lists... we’re holding it all together with invisible labor and quiet exhaustion.

I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only one navigating career goals while trying to be a present, emotionally available mom.

But we deserve better.
We deserve rest.
We deserve support—without having to prove how much we need it.

💡 I’m learning to say no.
💡 I’m learning to ask for help.
💡 I’m learning that rest is a form of resistance—and healing.

𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝗻 🌟

I’m working with a mom right now who has 𝘣𝘪𝘨 goals for her life—goals that would change everything for her and her family.

But like so many of us, she felt paralyzed by how far away they seemed.

Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, we focused on 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀:
➡️ One boundary at work
➡️ One intentional moment with her kids
➡️ One act of self-care that didn’t get pushed to the bottom of the list

Now, just a few weeks in, she’s already seeing the ripple effect.

She feels more confident. Her energy is coming back.
And those big goals? They don’t feel so out of reach anymore.

You are not behind.
You are not failing.
You are doing the best you can — and that’s more than enough.

Motherhood isn’t about productivity. It’s about presence.
So if all you did today was love your child and keep going — that counts.
