Please MAIL all payments (check or cc number written on the return portion of the bill) to the office address - there should be a blue return envelope in with your statement.

Fairfax Pediatrics has nothing to do with our statements or outstanding balances.
Please do not contact them about these issues.

PEDIATRIC PARTNERS IS CLOSED

No further medical records will be printed.

Until 11/15 you can EMAIL the billing dept to have your email address added to your child’s account for access to the Patient Portal.
Be sure to include children’s names/dob/ and the email you want on the acct and your cell #.
Patients over 18yr must give their own email and cell #.

Bills can be paid by check or credit card by MAIL

No other employees are reachable.

Dr Howell is not currently practicing.

Medical records will be transferred to Fairfax Pediatrics for guardianship and long term storage. You may contact them for records after 11/? at 703-391-0900

Wednesday 10/6 Records pick up is from 8am to 4pm (closed 12:30-1:30 lunch)

Only 3 days left to pick up.

Thur 8am to 11am
Friday 8am to 3pm

All written Records Requests Forms that we have in the office have been completed & a pick up message/email sent.

If you haven’t gotten a call/email - we do NOT have a request form on file.

You may stop in the office during the above hours, complete a release authorization and wait while we print out a summary of the records.
Patients over 18 must request their own.
If you are requesting for an 18yr + patient, please call them from the office and they may give a verbal authorization to the front desk staff while you are in the office.

There seems to be some confusion regarding records printing
- we only printed records that we received a signed records release authorization from the parent (or patient if over 18).

If you didn’t ask for copies via a Records Release, we didn’t print them.

We didn't print every person in our computer (those it feels like it)
and we do NOT have paper charts that we can hand over if you come in. Our records are all in our computer and even if we had paper charts we could not just give the only copy to you.

Pediatric Partners of Northern Virginia phones lines are closed. 😞

For all medical questions etc please contact your new physician's office.

The office staff will be working in the office tomorrow (10/1) cleaning and finishing up records.
Records Pick up 9am to 4pm (closed 12:30-1:30)

Next week (10/4-10/8) , the only operations will be the billing department available by email only at pediatricbilling@yahoo.com
and very limited records completion.

We cannot accept anymore record requests. We CLOSE tomorrow.

We are still continuing to process the requests we have already received.

Our staff has been working early/late/weekends. It is an overwhelming task.

We are ONLY printing summaries.

If you haven't received an email yet to give you a link to the Patient Portal -
then we likely do not have your email address on file attached to your children's accounts.

We never collected email addresses previous to this.
If you did a virtual visit those emails were not saved into the medical software.

with email you want added (only 1 email per patient), children’s names & dob
And cell #

We add your email address manually to each child, then the system sends an email with a link to the portal, it needs a cell bc when you first open it sends you a code to a cell # you have listed.

Patients over 18yr old need to give us their email & cell #.

You can print your immunization record (vaccines given by Pediatric Partners) &
office notes from visits within the past 7 years.

Recommend printing what you want as soon as you get access. The portal will only be open for about a month.

Reminder the LAST day we are open is next Thursday 9/30. IF we have called you that your records are ready, please come by ASAP to pick them up.

Someone will be in the office from 11am -12pm tomorrow
(Sat 9/25) for pickup. Stop by IF WE HAVE CALLED THAT RECORDS ARE READY. Phones will NOT be on.

Emails starting to go out so you can create an account to access the Patient Portal .... but still having glitches with the actual notes showing up in the portal. Our software co is working on this!!!

Effective immediately - because we are opening the patient portal, which will give you access to your records, we will NOT be printing out records.

Complete Records have been running 200+ pages for each person and we are not able to handle the requests we have received.

You will be able to log in very soon and view your chart and print anything/everything you want.

BY TUESDAY 9/21, we will have the patient portal opened up. An email will go out to patients (if we have your email on file).
You will be able to log in and retrieve records.
(print/save your own notes/labs etc)

If you have not received an email by Thur and you would like portal access, please call the office so we can add your email to your account.
