💪The CrossFit Burke credo!!
✅If you’ve been into our classes, you’ve seen these three words on the whiteboard almost every day… Mechanics, consistency, and intensity.
They are expressed in that order for a very good reason and layered into our programming accordingly…
➡️Simply put, learn to do it well first.
➡️Then make sure you are doing it frequently (at LEAST 3 days per week)…
➡️Then and only then do you layer in intensity (with high tempo, heavy loading, and advanced skill).
This isn’t always the sexy answer, but it is absolutely a fool proof code to success!
