"I can highly recommend The Boulevard Post Acute. My mom stayed there following a hospital stay and the level of care was outstanding. Plenty of staff at all times so I never had to worry.

A couple of standouts…Nurse Armstrong is absolutely amazing.
Also, David Stever, the Social Services Coordinator….amazing.
I had a very difficult time finding a place for my mom to go to after being discharged from The Boulevard. It seemed like I kept hitting roadblocks no matter which direction I turned, but David was ALWAYS on my side. He was quick to respond to my numerous texts and emails and in the end we found a wonderful community for my mom where she resides today. Throughout the whole process David Stever became a friend I could count on.
