If you are pregnant I would like you to consider the benefits of massage before, during and going thru labor.
Studies show that massage therapy can reduce pain, ease insomnia, improve mental health and enhance overall comfort during pregnancy and childbirth. Collectively these findings suggest that massage therapy is a promising non-pharmacological option for reducing symptoms during pregnancy and labor.
There is also many other ways to ease pain like pregnancy yoga, chiropractic care, reflexology, reiki, physical therapy and Craniosacral Therapy.
We also need to continue taking care of ourselves after birth which means continuing with any or all of the amazing holistic ways of care.
I do want to say has a woman we know our bodies and need to do what's best for us. Please always do what's best for you because you know your body.
