The dead bug exercise progressesion from a beginner's static hold to more dynamic movements, engaging the core while limbs move. Progressions focus on increasing range of motion, adding weight or resistance, and reducing speed to build core strength and stability, as demonstrated by Alec.

Because your toes serve as the foundation of your movement. This is a simple yet effective drill that targets the big toe and first three toes to enhance stability, arch control, and foot strength.

This banned-pinner toe press strengthening exercise, as demonstrated by Lauren, is beneficial for

✅️plantar fasciitis recovery,

✅️runners and athletes, and
✅️improving toe-off for gait or sprinting.
