Even though our feet are killing us and our voices are shot, we’d do it all over again tomorrow. Why? Because when you’re passionate about educating others on services like Home Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, and DDDD Services, you quickly realize how much clarity, compassion, and support truly matter in these moments.

We’re excited to share that our Founder and CEO, Geeta Fofandi, has been recognized as part of the Innovate New Jersey for driving innovation in patient care within the community.

For the past 10 years, Faith Health Group has had the privilege of being part of New Jersey’s innovation community. One thing we’ve learned is that the best ideas emerge from collaboration, not isolation. They come from people showing up, working together, challenging each other, and building something better as a team.

At Faith Health Group, innovation isn’t just a word we use. It’s how we approach care every single day. It’s about thinking differently, leading with compassion, and finding better ways to support the people and families we serve. And none of that happens without an incredible team behind it.
