So, I typically limit my daily sugar intake to maybe 20 grams at most, avoiding processed and added sugars. Today we have a plethora of artificial sweeteners, some of which are healthier than others, and to date one of the best substitutes out there has been monk fruit.
When I first saw the headline of this article my immediate thought was, “Seriously? Now there’s an issue with monk fruit”?
