🔥 Last night, my massage sheets and clothes caught fire in the dryer.

This has happened before, but this time I paused…
Instead of just reacting, I asked:

What is the energy of this trying to show me?

And what came through was this:

“It’s time to align with where you are.
You can no longer fit into old systems.
What no longer matches your fire will burn away.”

The clothes that burned were my cotton ones—the ones I wore when I felt most free, most connected, most wild.
The sheets that caught fire were synthetic, soaked in massage oil from years of holding others.

That combination—natural essence + synthetic residue—was no longer safe.
And I realized: that’s true inside me too.

I’ve been walking between timelines. A child is growing inside my wife. My business is evolving.
And yet… I’ve still been waking up some mornings feeling unmotivated, stuck in old patterns, unsure how to rise.

This fire was a wake-up call.

Not one of fear—but of purification.

🔥 What’s Changing Now:

I’m clearing my space—physically and energetically.

I’m choosing natural, grounded materials for my practice.

I’m revisiting my morning ritual—not with shame, but intention.

And I’m saying no to habits, relationships, and tools that no longer serve the version of me that’s emerging.

This is not collapse.
This is refinement.

Something I’ve started doing for clients I know well is tuning into their energy before a session, especially when there’s a physical issue showing up—like pain, fatigue, or tension that doesn’t have an obvious cause.

Sometimes there’s an emotional root.
Sometimes it’s connected to past stress, stuck energy, or even old soul-level imprints.

If that’s something you’re curious about, feel free to ask. I’m happy to tune in beforehand and share what I sense. It can bring more clarity to the work and help guide the session with deeper intention.

Update from Our Healing Space

We wanted to share a little life update: as many of you know, my wife was planning to start massage school this September. After thoughtful reflection and considering all that’s unfolding with our 1-year-old and other family responsibilities, we’ve decided this isn’t the right season for her to begin school.

This isn’t a no—just a not yet.

Her path is still very much unfolding. In time, she’ll be offering emotional, inner soul healing and energy work—the kind that brings deep remembrance and renewal.

We’re trusting the timing, the process, and the beautiful work still to come.

I’ve been quietly developing a soul-rooted energy work I call the Stillfire Method.

The Stillfire Method is a healing art that blends vibrational touch, ancient tone work, and deep oversoul presence. It’s designed to integrate soul fragments, clear energetic imprints, and restore inner truth—through the paradox of calm fire.

Stillness guides the work.
Fire does the cleansing.
The result is remembrance.

This method can support:

Releasing blocked energy

Reducing pain and emotional heaviness

Restoring clarity and personal power

Returning forgotten memories or parts of self

Dear friends,

Over the past year, I’ve been quietly evolving the space, the energy, and the intention behind the sessions I offer.
What was once simply called “massage” has deepened into something more — something that holds space not just for physical relief, but for restoration of body, mind, and soul.

Beginning September 2nd, I’ll be adjusting my rates to reflect this shift:

🕯 60-minute Sacred Bodywork – $105
🕯 90-minute Sacred Bodywork – $135

This change isn’t just about numbers — it’s about alignment.

Your session now includes: • The vibroacoustic table — healing through frequency and vibration
• Red light therapy and intentional energy space

I’ve kept my rates accessible for as long as I could. And I always will strive to make healing available for those who need it.
This shift allows me to continue offering the depth of care you’ve come to trust — while honoring the value of what’s being offered.
