Heather brings more than 13 years of experience in family-focused primary care, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and helping patients stay healthy at every stage of life. She is known for her collaborative approach and for taking the time to listen so patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions.
