Good Monday morning!!! Let’s end the month with a healthy and life promoting CHiROPRACTiC Adjustment!!! I’m in the Fairfield office today from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
July starts my summer hours in the Fairfield and Nutley offices. Keep an eye out for the July 2025 office hour schedule.

“Motion is the Potion”!!!! If you keep your body in motion you will be a healthier you. Walki ng, jogging, biking, swimming or stretching is part of the recipe for health. Keep the joints functional and you will live a better life. Keep the blood moving through the vascular system, oxygen moving through the respiratory system and other systems of the body will follow suit for a healthy return fir your effort.
