Optimal Sports Therapy provides chiropractic and sports injury services for all ages. Dr. Andrew Yaun is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.

He specializes in sports injury in youth and adults with a primary focus of returning to activities safely and quickly. All treatments include specialized soft tissue techniques to speed healing, joint mobilizations to ensure fluidity in movement, and rehabilitation to ingrain strong and full ranges of motion. Please contact us with any questions! We manage all types of athletes within their sports both in and out of season. Dr. Yaun has expert knowledge in CrossFit, Wrestling, Gymnastics, Rugby, Running, Racquet Sports, Golf, Baseball, Basketball, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Kettlebell Training, Obstacle Racing, Spartan Racing, Rowing, and more.
